How I got here?

Just like you, I wanted something different. I wanted to be my own boss, step away from the limitations of insurance-driven healthcare, and provide my patients with the time, attention, and exceptional care they deserved.

The truth is, getting started wasn't easy.

It took countless hours of research, learning, and trial and error before I finally understood how to build a successful private practice. That's why I'm so passionate about helping other nurse practitioners avoid the same mistakes and build a strong foundation from the very beginning, whether you're dreaming of a mobile practice, a brick-and-mortar clinic, or a telehealth business.

As far back as I can remember, I wanted to become a nurse and help people live healthier, happier lives. More than 15 years ago, I earned my nursing degree and began my career. Eight years later, I completed my Nurse Practitioner education, believing I would finally be able to provide the kind of care my patients deserved.

Instead, I found myself feeling increasingly frustrated. Large healthcare systems and insurance companies often dictated how medicine was practiced, leaving little time to truly care for patients.

In 2021, I took a leap of faith and founded Well by AM Nursing, Inc. My practice combined two passions: serving an underserved elderly population through a mobile Medicare-based primary care practice while also offering weight management, peptide therapy, wellness, and concierge services for patients seeking a more personalized approach to healthcare.

In 2022, I co-launched a fully mobile primary care practice where I stepped into an executive leadership role, managing a team of nurse practitioners providing comprehensive primary care services in patients' homes or care facilities.

Then, in 2025, I co-launched a specialized wound care practice. While I initially cared for patients directly, my role was always to and has evolved into leading and managing nurses and nurse practitioners who now provide exceptional wound care throughout the community.

Today, I've built multiple successful healthcare businesses, mentor nurse practitioners across the country, and continue helping providers create practices that give them greater freedom, financial stability, and the ability to deliver truly patient-centered care.
